Alison Fussell has over 25 years of experience working with both non-profit and for profit corporations. Her expertise is in fundraising, business development, television production, and community relations. Ms. Fussell's media experience is extensive with over 17 years at Turner Broadcasting Systems, Inc. She has also helped children from foster care find adoptive homes through her work as Executive Director of The Giving Tree. 

Ms. Fussell currently volunteers for the Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP) "Philanthropy Day" videos, was a Board Member of the National Television Academy, chair of the Student Connection Committee, a participant in the Buckhead Business Association Leadership Development Program, a Member of the IHM School Advisory Board, was selected as a winner in Hands on Atlanta's Social Entrepreneur Awards, a graduate of Leadership Atlanta, class of 2006 and a current Leadership Atlanta volunteer.

Contact to refer a child/children

Before coming to Childspring International, Christina Porter worked in a number of corporate environments from finance to software to environmental engineering. Her interests include international travel, hosting international students, and all kinds of puzzles. Christina started volunteering at Childspring in June 2001 and climbed up the non-profit ladder; Christina became the USA Director in 2003. In 2007, Christina's job title changed to Program Director after the implementation of our strategic plan. As Program Director, her talents of problem solving, multi-tasking, and general global knowledge have been instrumental in growing our ministry to reach as many children around the world as possible.
