More than 94 percent o f our resources go to program services to provide medical care and opportunities for a better life to children around the world. Less than 6% goes to fundraising and overhead.

Childspring International  relies on donations from individuals, foundations, churches, community groups, and special events in order to provide medical treatment to children from around the world. Your donation, no matter how large or small, will help us process visas, purchase airline tickets, post-operative supplies, prescriptions, educational scholarships, and whatever else is necessary to heal a child.

The Mission Exchange Standards
Childspring International has been approved as a candidate of the prestigious Mission Exchange, previously Evangelical Fellowship of Mission Agencies (EFMA). The Mission Exchange stands before the Christian community as an accrediting agency for member organizations to ensure a higher level of theological, financial, and operational accountability. Members are required to have annual audits to ensure fiscal responsibility and openness.
